Maintenance of your outdoor lighting system insures peak performance in illuminating your home's exterior, landscaping, and outdoor living area

Hi everyone!  This is Patrick’s wife Laura, here to tell you about the maintenance and service options we recommend for outdoor lighting systems.

In our summer newsletter that we mailed out to customers this past August, we explained 2 ways that you can keep your exterior lighting system looking great.  Outdoor Lighting Perspectives of Northern Virginia offers two maintenance options to insure your lighting system is performing at its peak.  

Option #1 is “Easy Bulb Sourcing”: For the customer who wants to replace the light bulbs as they burn out, simply call or email us and we will drop off the light bulbs you need.  You will be certain that you are receiving the correct wattage bulb and type, as well as the highest quality.  We are happy to show you how you can replace the light bulbs on your own, and avoid incurring standard service call fees if you are a DIY person or looking to save money.  

Option #2 is our “Annual Maintenance Plan”: We come out once a year to change every light bulb and perform a routine maintenance check of your entire lighting system, including straightening fixtures, checking the transformer and timing system, and more.  Included in our Annual Maintenance Plan (option #2) is a 1-year warranty on every light bulb we replace, and the added benefit of no charges for small service calls throughout the year.  We will even replace a fixture if it is damaged during the year (per our warranty) at no cost to you.
