Going The Extra Mile To Sell Clients’ Homes

In the recent housing market some agents have gone the extra mile to draw attention to their clients’ homes. Beth Days of Long & Foster recently provided an innovative service for her customers in Woodbridge, Virginia. She brought in Outdoor Lighting Perspectives of Northern Virginia to set up a temporary outdoor lighting display.
Years ago companies would bring in large spot lights to draw a crowd. Obviously we did not bring in large spotlights, but instead we brought in smaller lights to subtly bath the home in warm lights. Since Beth’s clients were having an open house on a Friday night, our lights helped potential buyers find the home. Just like baking bread or cookies before potential buyers come into a home to give the home a warm, lived-in feel, outdoor lighting provides the home shopper with a safe, warm feeling as they pull into what may become their own driveway.
